Weekly leases start on Saturday at 4:00 PM and end on the next Saturday at 10:00 AM.
Two-week leases are discounted by 5%.
Three-week leases are discounted by 8%.
Four-week leases are discounted by 10%.
Price includes water and electricity.
A lease is confirmed by payment in advance of a deposit equal to 25% of the total lease.
A guarantee deposit against damages corresponding to one week of the lease is due on the first day.
The guarantee deposit is not cashed and refunded upon completion of the lease.
If central heating is used during the cold season, an additional daily fee is charged
(39,2 euros for the studios, 53,2 euros for the type T2, 68,6 euros for the T3 apartments).
